The Secretariat of Risks and Civil Protection has activated the Orange Alert due to high temperatures
The Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection Secretariat (SGIRPC) of Mexico City reported that temperatures are expected to reach between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius this Friday, March 23, prompting the activation of the Orange Alert in 10 boroughs.
Additionally, the population is advised to consider the following recommendations:
Use sunscreen
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun
Refrain from engaging in intense activities under direct sunlight
Avoid eating outdoors, as food spoils quickly.
